Complaints What Complaints?
“It takes courage for patients to complain” – and this training video considers three scenarios.
Overview
“Would you complain?” The emphatic presenter of this video made by Northampton Health Authority challenges the viewers – NHS staff – on how they would behave in different, everyday healthcare situations. He exhorts them to identify with the patients and to remember that “What has happened to them could easily happen to you or me tomorrow.”
This government film is a public record, preserved and presented by the BFI National Archive on behalf of The National Archives, home to more than 1,000 years of British history.
