Serious motorcycle races at an airfield (possibly Pengam, Cardiff) and fun races elsewhere in which a reference to ‘coupons' indicates that the event is taking place during or post-WWII. Chris Jenkins, a stalwart of Cardiff Amateur Cine Society and proprietor of a hair salon in Charles Street, Cardiff, shot this footage and his cheery son, Ken, is seen with a friend on four wheels at the close of the film.
