The Royal Scot, the Flying Scotsman, the Cornish Riviera and the Golden Arrow: famous trains considered to be upholders of a great British tradition
Overview
Day and night, year in and year out, British railways serve the nation. The Royal Scot to Glasgow departs Euston daily at 10am. At the same time, the Flying Scotsman departs King's Cross bound for Edinburgh. At 10.30am the Cornish Riviera can be found at Paddington, starting its 305 mile journey to Penzance, and finally at 11am the Golden Arrow departs Victoria for Dover and on to Calais. Between them, four famous trains uphold a great tradition and provide a complete national transport service - swift, safe and comfortable.
