Overview
North Wales, it seems, has something for everyone – from the tumbling waters of Swallow Falls, to the vertiginous rocks of Tryfan and their stunning view of valley-floor lakes. It’s each to his own in this varied landscape: some choosing to browse for souvenirs at a roadside stall, others opting for more challenging pursuits – this being a place where mountaineering, for some at least, is a must.
