London to Margate
Set sail with the Cambridge Camera Club as they take to the Thames for a post-war day out at Margate.

Overview
The Cambridge Camera Club, founded in 1902, ran a programme of trips alongside the usual club meetings and competitions. As the group voyage down the Thames, amateur photographers are hard at work aboard the newly built Royal Sovereign II, built that year after its predecessor struck a mine during the war. While the fun at Margate is only glimpsed, there's plenty of merriment aboard.
