Overview
Capturing the opening of a new Masonic residential care home in Chislehurst, this film begins with a shot of the Duke Of Kent, “worshipful grand master”, arriving in one of the Queen’s helicopters to be greeted by the Mayor Of Bromley. The home is named after his father, a distinguished Mason, and the event is played out to stirring patriotic music. We see speeches, and then take a tour of the home and meet residents before the chopper departs.
