Dispersing the Troops at Windsor after Parade
The senior regiment of the British Army, the Life Guards, are dismissed after a Royal Review
Overview
The aftermath of the Lord Mayor's show. Having been reviewed by Queen Victoria the troops of the First and Second Life Guards march off, away from the camera, in single file before a less orderly dispersal. The main event was also filmed (see Review of the Life Guards by Her Majesty the Queen at Spital Barracks, Windsor, November 11th, 1899 - also on BFI Player), but if you are keen on more casual affairs then this is the one for you.
