An independent charity and company based at the University of Lincoln, MACE acquires, catalogues, preserves and makes widely available moving image materials that inform our understanding of the diverse cultures and histories of communities between the Lincolnshire coast and the Welsh border.

Overview
Derby dentist Joseph Selby shot this film as a wedding gift for Mary Claytor and Peter Woodhead, who are seen on their wedding day outside St Peter's Church at Littleover in Derby. Selby created a newsreel around this central theme by incorporating scenes of the Meynell Hunt point to point and local flooding: "Derby was flooded with jealous tears at the bridegroom's luck".
