Overview

A morale boosting look at Scotland during the Second World War. Opening with the homecoming soldier, returning to the quintessentially Scottish highlands. This is followed by an overview of the many vital industries and the workforce at the heart of the war effort. Scotland’s military contribution also features, with a broad sweep of Scotland’s soldiers, sailors and determined volunteers.
