Overview
We do not know who this family are, though they look to be having a great time, providing a lovely home movie of a holiday at the north Norfolk seaside in 1934. Travelling by train and arriving at Sheringham station, the family enjoy days at the beach, playing on the sand and paddling in the sea, and on Regatta Day capture the launch of a lifeboat. Then, as the intertitles state, “good things come to an end”, the family leave their boarding house, with a farewell from the landlady.
