Overview

A mouth-watering account of how the “finest selection of chocolates” were made in the 1930s. The skill of hand decorating individual chocolates, and the art of designing and hand painting boxes is mirrored in the beautiful filming. This Publicity Films short was clearly intended to show the care, consideration and sometimes unusual efforts that went into making Cadbury’s chocolates so special. The film is sadly incomplete and damaged, but still gorgeous.
