Overview

A man has been camping in his garden in North Petherton for six years after he won a competition for camping out for the most number of consecutive nights in a year as part of his scout camping merit badge. He has decided to throw in the tarpaulin on his attempt at the world record after he heard an American is already three years ahead of him. The temptation of a skiing trip to Austria no longer leaves him tent bound although he has vowed to set up camp in a tree on his return.
