Overview
A lone swimmer takes a pause to escape the anxieties of daily life by finding peace underwater. Breath reflects on the dual power of inhalation; is it a respite from anxiety, or a symptom of it? Can we ever truly find stillness? This micro short animation was created in a traditional way by painting under the camera.
